Natalie is a Canadian model, environmental activist, scholar and co-founder of Conscious Co, the one-stop shop for leading sustainable household and self-care products. Natalie was discovered in her hometown of Vancouver while leaving her field-hockey game. She made her modeling debut walking exclusively for Givenchy and quickly went on to work with other fashion houses such as Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Dior, and Saint Laurent, to name a few — all while juggling being an Honors student at Dartmouth studying Environmentalism. Natalie has also graced various international issues of VOGUE, Numéro Paris, Wonderland and Harper’s Bazaar. Navigating the world of high fashion as a model for the past 10 years has given Natalie an insider’s look into the garment industry and its crippling effect on our landscape. This led her to work with numerous climate organizations in an effort to find solutions and get involved in green policy. While Natalie was completing her USC Masters Program (studying Entrepreneurship & Innovation), she co-founded Conscious Co. with the aim of empowering and educating on the importance of sustainability and protecting the planet. Conscious Co. is currently a weekly sustainability newsletter, and soon to be a curated green-marketplace. Natalie is on a quest to not only change the industry, but the world for the better. Positively using her platform to inspire others to live a conscious lifestyle, Natalie is inspiring this generation to generate a lasting impact as agents of change.
